I think Wilson's stood on a hornet!

Well, as the title says, I think the boy has stood on a hornet. There are loads of the bloody things in my garden and making evenings out there almost impossible.
He's limping and licking his paw and I don't think there's much I can do for him. I've given him an antihistamine and an ice pack!

my previous pooch managed to sit on a bee and get stung where a boy really doesn't want to get stung! He seemed to recover fairly quickly after the initial surprise. Mind you, having been stung on the finger myself a fortnight ago by a full blown wood hornet I can feel for your pooch -it 'kin hurt!
