German Shepherd acting nuts at the moment.

Bobby Our 4 year old is really out of sorts at the moment he just isn't settling constantly wanting to get out into the garden and when he does he literally runs like a wild thing around the place.
Recently I know Badgers have been in the Garden and we always have foxes I wonder if it is the smell or scent they are leaving that is driving him wild.

Our other Shepherd Roxi doesn't react at all.

Have you just had some rain after the heatwave - could he have irritated paws?
Mine tends to have zoomies just after a walk and paws at her bedding when she does.

there is no bh around at the moment and judging by the way he is sniffing around the Garden (surrounded by fields) its either a Badger or a Fox leaving a scent. He really is out of sorts during the day but sleeps all night.
