I use this to calm my eczema, believe it was originally developed for cows.

Helps better than the creams from the chemist, might be something else to consider.

Interesting question as just this weekend I was recommending using Coconut Oil for ‘our’ white Chihuahua under his eyes. The brown discharge stains could be allergy related. He’s come from the city to a home in the country with his owner. We started applying this Sunday.

ours is allergic to house mites/dust mites so doing our best with that side but with the weather he seems to have turned up the skin side a notch, despite his special shampoo etc, mostly really dry and cracked around his muzzle so have been advised that its ok to use on the skin and if he licks it that's good as well, but in food to put 1/4 teaspoon to start as can give them an upset stomach, will try and get some before and after pictures if it makes a difference, going for the massaging into the sore and red areas once it arrives
