We raw feed, seems to be enough in the main. Did use DE at one stage as belts and braces but there we go.

If feeding raw prevented ticks then they never would have evolved in the first place.

Please don't give garlic, it is poisonous.

DE works in environments without any moisture, putting it on an animal is pointless.

If you remove ticks within 24h of attachment then the chance of disease transmission is much reduced. O'Tom tick removers are the best, available on Amazon.

Ticks are usually only present in certain pockets, you could try asking local dog walkers where they are absent from.

Bravecto, Seresto or Scalibor work, Frontline doesn't seem to work very well anymore.

I’ve ordered some diamitrious earth * spelling and some powdered root from India after googling.

Got a tick off Jean the other day only the third one in 4 years total but I have no idea how long it was there. Their fur is extremely dense and they seem to attach in the oddest places.
