Julius K9 Powerharness owners - can handle be undone?

Hi,

I've got a GPS tracker for my Staffie-x, Cassie.

It sort of works on the collar but signal drops out sometimes as it hangs downwards.
The holder threads onto the collar.

I was thinking Julius K9 Powerharness with the tracker threaded onto the top fabric handle.

So the question is, can the handle be opened / undone so I can thread the tracker holder onto it?

The middle part has a bit of velcro on it but it the handle itself will not come off or undo in any way

Here is a flap on the newer models bu the Velcro’s isn’t very strong. I imagine you could unthread one of the plastic clips attach whatever then rethread it.

There will some some way to get it on. Could even sew it
