There is a robin which has been attacking its reflection in my driver side window and wing mirror for the past 8 hours. It has liberally spread droppings all down the door and over the mirror and is working itself up into a frenzy. I've placed a picture of a cat on the drivers window to deter the little blighter but to no effect.

Any better ideas to stop this mayhem?

Cover up the mirror. Robins are notoriously territorial and vicious and will even go for their reflection.

Had this some years back with a blackbird.

Bird scarers (print them and stick in the garden) combined with folding mirrors and getting into the habit of sticking a bag over the mirror(s) for a couple of weeks did the trick.

Looking back it's funny how something so small can wind you up so much, territorial little tt.

the thing is - he's having a go at himself from the reflection in the driver's window as well. After almost 9 hours of fighting, he seems to have called it a day....
