Does anyone have one of these? We're looking for a bed to go in our kitchen, and as the house is a very old farmhouse-style place a wicker one would look in keeping.

Something like this and good quality:

If your dog is in any way a chewer, be prepared for wicker fragments all around the house.
The bits can also be a bit sharp if swallowed.

yes my family has - a irish setter and then a cocker have use of it. no chewing issues or splintering or fragmenting. The irish setter was over 30 years ago before i was born, and now its used by a fat cocker so very durable!

It sounds as though they're very durable then. Maybe we should wait until the pup's a little older though to reduce the chances of her chewing it.
