Friend at work has been getting these for his Golden Retriever and they are very effective with the dog's Arthritis. Unfortunately his Vet no longer stocks them and has offered him a Prescription to get them on-line. Rather than risk just choosing one Pharmacy has anybody any recommendations for a good one he can obtain them from?

Not prescriptions (although they do them) but I used Viovet for years with my moggy that was diabetic for his needles and dry food.

Carprieve is carprophen. Easily obtainable by any vet. Also sold under the names Canidryl or Rimadyl. He should get a new vet if they can't get it in.

Changing vets is a bit extreme especially as they will be cheaper online anyway!

Viovet is good. I have used Vet UK for prescription drugs and found their prices very good and their service very helpful and efficient.

The important things to check with any site is that they are a British company and web address and preferably they are backed by the vmd (veterinary medicines directorate) (see screenshot below showing this for Vet UK)

Cheers, I think they offered him One of the Other brands but Dave The dog wasn't as good on them.
