A little help please.

I have a small bird nesting box in my garden that I'd like to put one of those infra-red/nightvision cameras in so my kids can watch what's happening. I was thinking of carefully drilling a hole in the roof and placing the camera looking downwards.

A mains electricity supply is adjacent, so the camera can be powered. It's (probably) within wifi range - certainly if I rig up an extender that I've got lying around.

Can someone point me in the right direction for a good quality camera that will do the job? I don't have a budget in mind, but would like something good quality with a clear picture. The smaller the better (probably at odds with quality I guess...?).

Thanks in advance.

I recently bought a couple of [url=http://www.banggood.com/Digoo-DG-M1Q-960P-2_8mm-Wireless-Mini-WIFI-Night-Vision-Smart-Home-Security-IP-Camera-Onvif-Monitor-p-1123595.html?rmmds=search|these[/url] just to much about with, they turned up quickly, might do the job? Viewing is via a phone app, I haven't looked at whether you can put it on a laptop/tablet yet.

You can buy kits with wireless transmitters to do the job, but I just built mine from scratch, got it working this weekend: https://twitter.com/PeteBrissenden/status/84090302...

This would do: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bird-Box-Camera-Kit-Qual...

Then if you wanted it to be wireless, a pair of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-4GHZ-AV-Wireless-Trans... and a couple of cables you are good to go!
