Dogs got a couple of scabby lumps on the edge of her ear...

Our dog Hattie has got a couple of scabby lumps on the outer edge of her ears. Feel like scabby spot and have been there for about a week now. Her ears are clean etc so they are abit of a mystery! I would take a photo but would be hard to get them in detail. They are a few mm's big but quite raised and crusty.

Crusty ear tips could be an early sign of sarcoptic mange. It can develop pretty fast, so worth getting a vet to take a look.
