Finding dead bumblebees In my garage

Over the last week or so, I've found 7 bees dead, or dying and crawling very slowly, about my garage.

I took a picture of one of the dead ones because it had a tiny insect crawling over it, not sure if you can make it out in the pictures? Any ideas why they're appearing in my garage?

That little green critter must be prime suspect. Seriously though, if a bee is trapped in your garage it won't take long for it to run out of gas. If you find one that hasn't expired you can do bit of first aid by mixing some sugar with water and put a few drops in front of the little chap. Hopefully he will hoover some up with his little tube thing and then have enough energy to buzz off.

The pictures probably not good enough but the little insect isn't green, it's orange and on the close up shots it's just on the bees orange stripe.
