Poison Dart Frogs

Hi all.

I was just wondering whether anyone on here has experiene in getting Poison Dart frogs to breed?

I have a pair of Bumble Bee Dart frogs, and recently the female began calling ( not the male?? ), one morning I noticed a gel like lump deposited on the viv floor, it swelled slightly but nothing really happened.

I looked over it with a magnifying glass to see if anything egg like was within, but could see nothing.

I'm just wondering was this a trial spawning? Did the make not do his bit?

Do you need a license or anything to keep them?
