I have a giant Schnauzer bh who every few months becomes incontinent. She does not pee all the time but if she's sleeping she just lets go. She gets very stressed about it, it could be a small patch or a full bladder. This is the first time she's done it since before Christmas but it's a nightmare and happens every few months. I have had her at the vets loads and they have done lots of scans which concluded she had a small uterus. If it happened all the time I could agree with the vets findings as she was on a medication starting with an I which was supposed to tighten up her muscles. We kept her on this for months but it happened again.
She's neutered, very health and very cleaver. When this happens I turn her on her back her bit's are wet and throbbing and she smells of wee. It seems to happen for three of four days then stops.
I have also done urine tests when shes been peeing but the vets have found no infection.
Any ideas? My wife thinks she's not been neutered properly.

Probably Incurin

There are other products worth trying.
Not sure it will be linked to not being neutered properly unless she still comes on heat.

There may be natural remedies worth looking into to assist. Sometimes it is anxiety induced.

Have you ever considered getting her referred?
