So, as the title states, Cherry Barbs. Community fish or not, and any other recommendations in terms of keeping them smile

I was planning to have 6 in a community tank. Is this a good idea?

I've never had any problem with them in a community tank.

I've just been after confirmation, and like the genius I am forgot when purchasing my latest fish to ask (Albino Glowlight Tetras and Albino Corydoras). Thanks for the help and thanks for the article link smile

ETA

Regarding the note at the foot of the article, I have 2 or 3 good suppliers so hopefully will get the best quality fish (Wharf Aquatics in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire, PANDA in Neepsend, Sheffield and Birley Aquatics as a new supplier to me in Sheffield I'm testing)

They're great little fish. I keep mine at a ratio of 1 male to 3 females. They get a bit more of a rest then from the horny little guys.

Barbs are great fish and enjoy a healthy amount of water movement and current. They also like to shoal,so the more the merrier.
