Just lost and FOUND (10mins ago) our dog and searching around the lost dog sites we came across this.
It needs 10.000 signatures before it even gets debated.

I think the wider links would definitely benefit with legislating. I did know a kennels yrs ago didn't scan as a result we discovered a rehome that already had a home . I would be even.more horrified if this was still happening than I was back then!Morningside said:

I would have hoped any associated costs of the recovery,storage and incident caused by the errant animal would be passed on to irresponsible owners but that's not as fluffy as the heart wrenching pc campaign.
