Is there anything safely that we can put on our little man's nose, its not bleeding or anything like that, just feels very dry with couple of tiny cracks is the best way to describe it????

Vaseline maybe. I assume he licks his nose a lot due to his nasal problems.

Sudocrem can be used but he'd lick it off too quickly.

Possibly flamizine cream? More for burn treatment but contains silver so has fast healing properties and works quickly (would need to ask your vet) certainly wouldn't make it worse.

Aloe products have great healing and moisturising properties, Forever Living is a company that does high quality Aloe products (avoid cheap) one product called Aloe Gelly maybe worth checking and I am sure it is fine to use on animals aswell.

Thanks bex, its wierd as he doesn't lick his nose a lot due to his jaw and the way his tongue sticks out bless, but will have a look into everything you mentioned, much appreciated

Has it been since his condition flared or has he always had it?

Think more noticeable since the condition if that helps
