You may recall we lost our much loved little girl just before Christmas. Well we still have 3 boys but it wasn't quite the same without a little girl so I have been keeping an eye out for the right candidate for a few weeks.
We reserved a 10 week old girl kitten from Stroud RSPCA and were to collect her a week ago but somehow we found out here littlest brother was still there and would be a bit lonely one his own. The older two brothers had already gone.
Well you can see what happened here so please meet Harriet and Basil. Harriet may not remain Harriet but we haven't come up with another name just yet.
Harriet

Basil

We have been battling with recurrent conjunctivitis all week but with 5x daily bathing and antibiotics we are winning.
Basil is a very cute little boy and has the makings of a lovely cat but Harriet is a real monster. Very friendly and cuddly but whilst Basil plays Harriet kills! I fear for the wildlife. Hopefully she will settle down a bit but at the moment any mention of food and she will chew and claw until she gets there and cat toys just get dragged away to her lair to the accompaniment of much growling! Well as much as a 10 week old can growl.
They haven't met their big brothers yet but what could possibly go wrong!!
