Just come back from a few days in Devon. There is a small beach in Paignton that is dog friendly and was very busy with people exercising their dogs. All very friendly, no aggro at all, lots of ball swapping as dogs catch the wrong ball etc. As we had left our old boy at home, it was great fun to wacth the daogs all enjoying the freedom and playing in the sea and each other.

A Greek rescue dog, now happy in the UK....

These two spent ages chasing around, the bigger dog seem to love being turned over by the Terrier

I miss living in the Bay but lucky my parents still live in Brixham.

I live in Torquay and it always makes me chuckle watching the dogs on the beaches.

They strain to get there and go mad when they're let off their leads. Very amusing.

If there is such a thing as reincarnation, I want to come back a dog who lives next to a beach. Pure joy.

I fear I haven't earned enough points in this life though.

I always go to Meadfoot which is dog friendly all year round up to the touristy bit. When I get near the beach my two go nuts and I have a real struggle to get dogs, ball, leads and all my crap out of the car as they are going ballistic to get over the road and onto the sand.

It's great. smile
