Couple of chav types deliberately leaving their gate open.
Discussion
Private let house above so its a bit of a lottery who we get, unfortunately we've landed with two chav types.Initially there big thing was just to let there dog out, close their door whereupon there dog shat for Britain, all day every day,on 'our' garden all the time.
I ended this eventually by threatening to call the environmental health who warned them to pick the mess up for once,or they would be fined.Well they ended up with a fine and now fortunately they dont talk to us.
In their, ahem, revenge they now leave their double gate open 24/7, so that our dog might escape?Fortunately our dog never enters this part of the garden so im not overly concerned, however dogs being dogs she might take off if she spots one of her many friends coming along the road!!
Is there anything i can do about this? They've also stolen one of our bins lol, they've denied it but i know its in their garage, this is the level of people im having to deal with!!Can i just shoot them?

If only this was correct, the world would be a better place.

Is the dog aggressive at all?
Why do you ask? No,not agressive. But she will bark now and again but that stops once the person speaks or gets close to her.The children in our street come to our door to ask if shes coming out to play, they go around our garden at the back of our house.Edited by robbocop33 on Thursday 28th May 15:18

Because if the dog is aggressive then you can consider asking the police to go have a word as the owner/person in control could be looking at an offence under the DDA.Edited by robbocop33 on Thursday 28th May 15:18
