We order our dogs food from http://www.davidsdoggiedinners.co.uk/

It costs us around £110 a month to feed two large dogs and they eat a lot!! it's about 70p/75p per 454g of tripe, so comparable to the other suggestion above.

They are based in Kent but has scheduled runs so he can cover a large area. We're near Portsmouth, so he makes a trip over there once a month (normally on a sunday). If we buy raw feed from shops, it costs around £300 a month to feed them. Home delivery such as the places listed in this thread are the way forwards!!!

Some useful stuff here. We currently feed our greyhound pet greyhound food and buy 2 15Kg bags at a time. One bag lasts him a month. The food comes from Dodson & Horrell.

Their customer service is ok, but I have asked them for a better deal. IE, more discount for buying more bags. They currently offer 2 bags for £40, which saves you a fiver.

We actually buy all Herbie's extra food from Tescos. This usually includes frozen chicken, tuna, sardines, fish fingers and sausages. Sometimes he has some of our left overs too.

However. I am always after a bargain, so will ask Mrs BakerStreet to compare the prices of these places compared to Tescos.
