I'm looking to rehome this dog, any takers?

Hopefully this is allowed. If not sorry, delete it and I won't do it again
Another dog has come into my possession today. I do quite a lot of volunteer dog rescue stuff around Portugal, so when things come up near me I'll often be the first point of contact for a random tourist or expat who's found a dog.
This morning I've had a phone call saying a dog has been dumped outside a cafe in the resort that I live in. I've went down to check it out and found a scared and disorientated female dog curled up in a ball. She was very dehydrated and hungry.
This was it this morning when found :
I've brought it home and fed it. I couldn't get it to the vet as they're closed for easter, so this evening i took her to a friend who has a chip scanner. The dog isn't microchipped, so it has no owner.
Its about 3-4 years old. Her teeth are in good condition, she's perfect around kids and very submissive to my own dogs. She was happily walking on a lead :
Its pretty clear she's been someones pet at some point.
The thing is I just can't keep her. I live in a tourist resort. I'm already getting grief over noise etc as I have 4 rescues in my house right now. Someone has paid decent money to rent the apartment above me for a week and its not fair if i ruin someones holiday with a dog barking all night etc. This one does seem quiet but the last one wasn't.
Right now I have her in my next door neighbours laundry space. Its tiny, but its dry, safe and she has food and water at least :
She'll be going to the vet on monday and neutered if its not done already (fully expecting it to be needed as she's not chipped and had no collar). She'll also be going to the dog groomer to be tidied up and made a bit more photogenic
If I can't rehome her the future is looking very very grim. Ending up in this council run pound is a very realistic ending here
Any thoughts or questions, let me know. I'll post some more updated pictures if needed.
I've sent a load of strays and rescues from here to UK in the past. But I'm out of connections as far as 'end users' go. Every friend, and friend of a friend, that could possibly take a dog, has one at this point
So I'm now resorting to posting here. If anyones looking for a dog soon, please consider this one. We can have her passported and in your hands in a month or so. If she has a definite home and leaving date I can manage her at this end until then. via another foster or a dog hotel if needed. No cost to you at all - all the vet, passport, transport etc would be covered on this end. And as part of the passport process she'd be brought fully up to date with injections, health check and so on. So it'd actually end up being far cheaper than sourcing a UK dog if you wanted one
cheers
edit - dog is 3-4 years old at an estimate. And I never do an estimate in the style of a 2nd hand car dealer mileage reading and shave a bit off If I give you a mileage, its genuine to the best of my estimating abilities. Vet will confirm on monday.

Does she speak English...?
She will do. Passport process will take a month so I'm 99.99% certain that she'll be both fully toilet trained and know all the basic english commands before she leaves. Like I mentioned... she's definitely been someones pet before so this one is going to be a piece of piss to get "pet ready".
If anyones interested I can provide a handful of references via pm of people in UK who've had Portuguese rescue dogs from me and they've all ended up settling in brilliantly.

There is somebody on here running a thread about taking on a lurcher, maybe you can suggest this little one to them! She would need to be cat friendly I think.
Thats normally one of the first things we test them on after they've been to the vets. You could say they're going for a cat scan

Don't Portuguese people adopt dogs?
It seems as bizarre as unwanted British cats being packed up and shipped to, say, Italy...
2 of our 4 rescues came from Spain. Regular transport runs to all over the UK from there. Friend brings back rescues from Romania monthly. She looks like a lovely girl and hope someone takes her soon.It seems as bizarre as unwanted British cats being packed up and shipped to, say, Italy...

Seems like a lovely dog, I wish I could have one but domestic circumstances are rubbish.
