Sounds awful but for all we know the Jack Russel could have been attacking his dogs.

He was barking at the dog. Even so the jrt was on a lead and did not deserve to be beaten around the head frown

Do we know this for certain? A friend had a dog who was "just being barked at" by a little Terrier. Funny how she needs 22 stitches when the vet went over - the tail was torn to bits under the fur. Also later on "their dog started it" - sure, by laying on the ground and then putting it's tail in the Terrier's mouth.....

People don't tell the truth when it comes to things like this IME.

You're very argumentative recently J&J. Often I agree with a lot of what you say in one way, shape or form, but as I say, you seem to st stir unnecessarily recently.

Don't know!!

But when it comes to dog attacks, I don't like the "this dog was always going to be innocent" approach. Just pointing out that it often isn't as straight forwards as that. Perhaps because we've been blamed when aggressive dogs come over to attack us and end up worse off.
