Identify this fly/moth/thing

Hi Everyone,

Anyone know what this little fella is? I have loads of them in my office at the bottom of the garden. I'd also like to know how to get rid of them without having to squash them. I'd rather they just leave!

Lacewing. Like to over winter indoors. Harmless and good for the garden.

As above they are aphid eaters and therefore good for your garden. Leave them be if you can.

I'll try to leave them be, but if they keep coming out to say hello when I have clients in my office I may have to serve them an eviction notice.
