Hi folks

We're hopefully going to adopt a Russian blue that requires re-homing, but if it falls through, we're going for a kitten. bouncebiggrin

Breeds of choice are:

Bengal
Siberian
Russian Blue

Any recommendations?

does that mean I'm not good enuf south of the border?? wink
However, that's very kind of you, I shall send a phmail but the wife who does the breeding (!!) doesn't have any kittens left at the moment, although there may be some young adults approx 1-2yrs who are no longer for breeding and will need rehoming.

Why not go for a rescue cat of any style? There are loads looking for a good home.

Not in the slightest, but if he'd been in deepest darkest Kent it wouldn't be a nice journey for the kitten wink

Well, I would - without hesitation.

I had a cat for 21 years, then I moved out of my parent's place and lost my tolerance to cats in terms of allergy. I'm not BAD per-se, and I suspect with constant exposure to a cat again, I'll most likely be fine. However, to be on the safe side, we're going for one of the more hypoallergenic breeds, hence my shortlist of breeds above smile
