Just got a very cute bedlington pup! My GSP's aren't as enthusiastic as I am.

Great little dogs, don't see then down my way (except when they've been crossed with a whippet) Why the breed change?

Yeah I heard they are good little dogs. Its for girl and we still have the pointers. She thinks bedlingtons are cute cuddly little fluf balls that look like lambs. I did try and explain they are hard hunting terriers that would attack a fox but she wont listen...

We'll see how it goes Bex, it'll be getting the same basic treatment as the pointers so will have perfect recall etc. I hear they have a very high prey drive and love to chase rabbits of which there are hundreds around me.

Our in-laws have one now age 11 but still very sprightly. Has been a great dog and lovely with our young kids. My MIL is quite allergic to many breeds but has had no problems at all with Bella - all in all a really good dog! Enjoy!

My neice has a Bedlington. They do look just like little lambs, however, never never forget that he/she is a terrier!!!
