My wife just got a message from the woman who had one of our kittens back in February saying that sadly Marley (named after his mum) had to be put down today frown

Went missing a few days back and was found today with a broken pelvis and a severely damaged spine. Either been hit by a car or fallen down somewhere. He was found trying to crawl back home. frown

The woman actually had both of our surviving kittens (birth was traumatic and only 2 of the 4 made it) so Marley's sister is now lost without him.

Quite upset about it really as I was up late and worked hard to keep those 2 tiny kittens alive when they were born. He would have been 1 on the 9th of December.

Sad times indeed..

Here they were together when they were little.

Go get another from Cats Protection or RSPCA, pronto! It will help.

He bred the kitten but it was now owned by someone else. I'm not quite sure how the above post relates?

Op that is very sad and seems such a waste of life after all your efforts.

The one and only comfort is that he was found and had peace at the end. Hopefully his sibling will settle soon, but it can take time.
