Just been woken up by cats wailing, looked outside to see neighbours black cat backed into corner of garden by a
n unknown larger one. Second time to have happened this week.

Opening window and a firm No! had them both running.

So just wondering if its of any concern I.e. would have turned into a bloody 'riot' or if just a cat thing and would pass. Neighbours cat has a flap in the door so assuming chosing to face off? It's quite a timid thing which legs it if you see it as opposed to being friendly.

So my question is - Worth mentioning to neighbour when happen to see her next or ignore/ aim a glass of water over the unknown cat if happens again etc

We've had an unknown cat around our way for the past few weeks, at first we thought it was a stray as it was dead manky initially and wouldn't come near the house or us. Then it turned up and looked pretty clean, I got close to it one day but it went schizo and clawed me. It has also been pretty agressive to our brood (we have seven cats) so we kept a bucket of water handy. A couple of buckets of water and one soaking with a hose when it was attacking Twiglet, out tiniest girl cat and we haven't seen it since.

Was hoping you would say that as most fun option. Will view the new cat as the looter who took advantage of that Malaysian kid hehe

Half asleep is my excuse for any inappropriate jokes!

There's a big black and White tom cat on my street who we call 'pan-face' due to his looks like he's been hit in the face with a frying pan facial markings. He thinks he's the boss of the street and trys to hump all the girl cats and fight all the boys. Regularly get woken up tk the sounds of him and another wailing at each other and then a furball whizzing around someone's garden, fur flying everywhere.
He's a right little st, I accidentally left our girl cat 'tinks' out the other week over night. In the morning, found her cowering by our door having had the crap kicked out of her by him, had puncture marks in her leg, bruised rear legs and ripped off claws, and the ones left were full of black n White fur so we knew it was him.

My neighbour uses the blue cross Pdsa vets and it's sorely tempted to try and trap him and take him there to chop his nuts off- he's a right PITA!

It just goes to show how wrong CMD is about hugging delinquents. My cats get regular hugs and are the sweetest looking little things, but they still get in plenty of fights and bring in enough birds for me to start a pillow business.
In conclusion - stop their benefits.

Is it legal to neuter someone elses cat though?

No.

I am sure they would suddenly claim he was a stud cat and you've cost them X hundreds of pounds too......
