as soon as you can get some handrearing formula for parrots , aviplus is great, put 1 good heaped desert spoonfull in a mug and mix with a little cooled boiled water, you need it the consistancy of sloopy readybrek, using your fingers to open the beak syringe the formula down the throat,it will gradually get used to you doing this and open its beak for you, do this 10 ish times a day, keep it in a open topped box or bird cage, as soon as its big anough put a perch in for it.
i have reared a few like this, they are ugly to start with but soon turn into lovely little critters, mine got to the point of flying from the tree onto my hand just like a bird of prey, let us know how you get on. ohh change the bedding ofton or it stinks.

I don't think that's a pigeon... anybody got a better idea? Beak looks wrong. Bex? TheVet?
I'm not a vet or VN but I know enough to say that any young'un that gets good care with the right grub has at least a chance, and that giving it said chance is the right thing to do if you're prepared to try to do it properly. I'm fairly sure that it needs something MUCH higher protein than oat milk, though - you probably need to find someone to ask about what it'll have - mashed boiled eggs might work possibly?
