2 Dobermans for rehome

My friend has 2 gorgeous Dobermans available for rehome, one Black one Brown.

Pedigree without certs? How hard is it to keep a certificate... also does not provide any reasoning for re-home? It says they are lovely and if so what is dictating this action? Or are they really just a pain in the ass?!

I am not sure about the cert, reason for rehome is he has a new job in afgan so has not got the time for them.

On the cert thing, saying there pedigree and not being able to prove it, is like saying my car has always been fine no crashes without a full service history
