Cat just chucked up, now begging for food
Discussion
Bah what do I do
I fed her at around 4pm and then when I got in from training around 10pm she was there gaggin for food again. So I gave her a spoon full of wet.
About 30 mins ago she just hocked up the whole freakin lot, last time she was sick was saturday where it looked like she finally passed a fairly sizeable hairball. She's been sttin and pissing normally so I assumed everything was ok. But looks like she had a good wedge off food in her and it was barely digested.
Now she's pestering me for more food. Do I give in? I don't really wanna give her any food but I know for a fact that if I don't I won't be sleeping tonight and if I lock her in room im going have some lovely damage to take care of.
Sodding cat!

Do you think its something to do with storing an opened tin for a while?
we dont give her large portions, just 3 - 4 small portions a day... so this means a tin can last quite a while. We usually keep an opened tin in the fridge with one of those rubber tin toppers on to stop the air getting to it. But of course there is still the point that the food at the bottom of the tin is now 2-3 days old by the time she eats it.
Its not normally a problem, but perhaps it just increases the chances of the food going a bit off.
Anyway, didnt feed her and locked her in the living room kitchen with an old towel at the door to stop the inevitable digging/scratching. Just gave her a small amount of a newly opened tin. see what happens.
