Shitzu's - whats the point??

Warning....rant about to start.....probable profanities ahead.....!!!
Ok, I don't mean to offend anyone here who owns one but I fail to understand the point in having one of these irritating noisy little b
ds!! Our neighbour got one about 2 years ago and it never fking shuts up! In the back garden its yap yap fking yap, it yaps its ttting head off in the house (we live in a 17 year old semi whose dividing walls are not as solid as older houses). It yaps when someone walks past the house, it just never stops! It wakes us up yap yap fking yapping etc etc....I'M SICK TO fkING DEATH OF THE STUPID LOOKING LITTLE !!!!
I am an animal lover believe it or not, I have 2 cats and occasionally take my mates dog out for a walk (Brown Labrador - proper dog, no yapping!!). I have never once wanted harm to come to any animal but this fking thing needs to meet its maker....
WHY does anyone want a fking stupid looking little st of a dog that hasn't got a bark in it just a constant high pitch fking yap yap yap yap fking yap...!!!! Get a fking proper dog!
Its getting so bad we are thinking of moving....I don't want to say anything to the neighbours as I don't want to fall out with them & I fail to see how they can control its fking yapping anyway!!!
I know what would sort it......

Speaking to your neighbours is probably less drastic than moving house over a barking dog! I assume you've kept notes about the noise ie when, length of time etc, all good for when you get in touch with the council to complain about noise pollution. WIll probably have more success than ranting on here.
And pretty much any breed of dog will bark if left outside all the time!
Btw I do actually sympathise nothing worse than hearing a dog bark all the time.
