No idea what snake it could be. (Don't get bit!)

If I were you I'd get something which will fit down the crack, and then wiggle it around down there. If the snakes there it should let you know, then hopefully go back outside.

Unless it's injured it would be strange for it to stay there for too long. It may of been seeking shade earlier, so should fk off soon I would imagine.

The RSPCA may be your best bet. I love animals but snakes and reptiles i can't! really freak me out!

dont bother with rspca, contact your local reptile rescue group, they love this sort of thing.
