this is a "kitty face bag hanger"
now you are supposed to keep it in your handbag, take it out and hang on a table and hang your handbag on the hook... but if anyother woman is like me, your bag is full of crap! and a tiny hook like that is just gonna end in handbag crashing to floor!!
