It is 1/5 of an acre. A children's tricycle might work in that much space, but that is about it.

Is this not one of those buy now in the hope that one day you will get planning on it schemes that are pretty much a scam as PP will almost never be given.

You could use it for a helicopter or space ship landing pad. Be sure to first put up some nice 6' fences all round though, job's a good'un.

That field must be worth at least £300, the fencing could double it's value!!
