Anyone fitted one? I have experience of fitting Impey Dec wet floors but not of the ACO system and I now have to fit one. Problem is that it looks fundamentaly flawed to me, so would appreciate any help from someone thats used the ACO channel.

A while ago, yes.

Best advice I can give is to get in the car, and drive as far away from it as is possible.

ste to work with, shoddily made, and a nightmare all round.

Pick ANY alternative

Bollx. banghead Had a feeling that may be the response. Im going to ring ACO technical in the morning to see what theyve got to say, Ive already flagged my concerns to the Merchant that I got it from and they can see what my issues are. Problem is it was special order and these are non returnable if fit for purpose, it wasnt cheap either at over £200 rolleyes

Out of interest what alternatives are out there? Seen the Impey version and not keen on the asthetics. May just go for the standard Impey Dec and waste as I know that system well.

Also out of interests what were the issues that you had with the ACO unit?

Impey- all the way.

I just couldn't get on with it. Didn't like the standard of construction, the way it went in or indeed, the very feel of it. Sounds hard to quantify, but just knew it was going to be trouble

Know where your coming from bud as I got exactly the same feeling when I saw it! Technical detail on the ACO site is lacking in the extreme too.
