.... get a tubeless tyre back on my wheelbarrow as it has come off and is not fitted to the rim anymore.

I feel ashamed to have to ask

Big tyre levers... Or... take it to a tyre place and get them to pop it back on wth the machine.... some are VERY tight like car tyres.. others will slip over with some leverage

if you mean it's bead has slipped off into the rim, not off of the rim, and you simply need to re-seal the bead, you need a high volume flow rate of air - i.e. not a foot pump :P

If you don't have a compressor with bypass, take it to the local tyre place is easiest.

I assume this is the same one they demonstrated on Motorworld many years ago. Bit of lighter fluid in the tyre and a match?

well, it's a bit of gas not fluid, but with much emphasis on a BIT. Not half a can of butane.

Half a can of butane doesn't so much put the bead on the rim, as put bits of the bead in your arm, most of the rubber over a fairly large diameter and leaves you stumbling around with ringing ears shouting "oh fk, oh fk, oh fk"... as you try and pick up pieces of canvas, wire and stuff.

The idea is the bang needs to have finished as the seal is made, not create an enclosed environment to increase the force of the blast hehe

Having watched this once about 10 years ago, and had a full description on the internet I feel there is almost nothing that can go wrong in having a go...... hehe

Get Emsman to come round and help if you are going down the fire route, he is a bit of an expert in this field.

WD-40 looks like the safer option:

and take the valve out whilst you do it, like the guys in the video...

If you don't have levers, you could try to reseat the tire by driving over the edge of the tire! Have done this with quad bike tires before
