Power shower problems

Hi folks,
We have an Aqualisa shower with a pump in the loft. Just recently it has started not working - midway through a shower it will just stop supplying any water. It's not a power issue as I can hear it humming (the sound doesn't change). The water just stops coming out! Normally when you kill the power you still get some water coming through...
If I switch the power on and off it doesn't make any difference.
The pump has both cold and hot in and out, so if it's a blockage it must be in both pipes simultaneously
All I can think is to clean the inline filters (don't think this will help thought because surely I'd get hot or cold water if one filter had blocked), or perhaps the mixer tap in the shower...
