Any perticular reason

Why I have bath silicone sealant around the edge of heated tiles ?

It's starting to peal off and it looks rubish . What can I replace it with ?

I'm talking about where the tiles meet the skirting

I'm sure there's a gag to be had involving heat/cold, pert and (probably) nipples but I'm a bit busy at the moment

What happens to wood(if it is wood & not MDF, that would be even worse!) when it soaks in water?

yes very , however the tiles are in the bedroom
