My local water company in Essex has fitted a water meter - I didn't ask for it, but apparently its policy on all new accounts (e.g. when you move home).

The following day the local team come to replace the crazy paving that they lifted. The work was extremely poor and a surveyor came out and asked for the work to be done again. I have now seen the second remedial work and it is worse than the first attempt. The legacy crazy paving is pretty large. The remedial work has much smaller pieces of crazy paving with a 50:50 split between the small crazy paving and mortar/concrete. Aside from the poor workmanship issues (such as the mortar being the weak point - so there shouldn't be so much of it), what can I do to show the water company that I am seriously unhappy?
