Anyone able to advise tiling rates please? May use either 12" or 24" tiles to go onto a leveled floor. If it helps, we are talking about 41sq.m in a cleared kitchen.

Does same rate apply to walls - newly plastered..

BTW if anyone does glass splashbacks (approx 18 to 20 linear metres) - open to approach

you might need to offer a little more info
what are the tiles going onto - solid or wood?
If wood - floorboards or ply sheets?
Where about are you?

One half is new concrete slab (3.6 x 4.8m). Existing 3.9m x 5.8m portion is composed of half floorboards and half older concrete - 80% covered with old tiles.

Assume approach would be to strip off old tiles, screed new concrete and then bring "older floorboard/ancient concrete to new "screeded" level with suitable (marine/waterproof/?) board and then tile the lot.

Job will be in Manchester.
