Waiting for repair work

I paid £2.5K cash at the beginning of January for decorative and electrical work to be carried out on my house with a view for it being on sale beginning of March. Most of the work has been done, but there are various pieces that I'm not happy about, or haven't been done ...they were supposed to rectify this last Friday...but then said they'd be here this afternoon due to Easter. They haven't turned up, and aren't answering the phone

I guess since I've exhausted all other avenues, then it's a county court judgement against the company that is next? or have I missed something?
