If this summer is to be as good as predicted it seems like no better time to 'invest' in a nice gas BBQ.

From my small amount of research i think i need a 2 or 3 burner with additional ring for frying eggs etc. Would like a roasting hood and flavouriser bars rather than lava rocks.

Anyono know any good forums to start a bit of research? I popped down to the local garden centre which sell alot of 'leisuregrow' branded stuff which looked the part but a bit expensive.

Don't really want to spend more than £300 if at all possible (don't mind getting last years model to save some punds).

Have a look in the PH Food Drink & Restaurants section, there are regular discussions about BBQ's going on.

There will be no palm held to face. I'm buying a gas BBQ and thats that.

Come rain, hail, snow, floods. I'll still be out there tapping the temperature dial on my roasting hood, happy with my lot. nuts

Sod the summer, we BBQ every week of the year. We have both a Sterling and Weber which are of very good quality. You can't go wrong with either of those two. Did some lovely loin of pork on the Sterling last night.
