Evening,

Saw in BandQ today a Hozelock 130bar pressure washers for around £50.. just wondered on opinions on them?

Looks like a good little buy but just wondered on ppls thoughts about it?

Just want something to blast down the cars, dont want to spend too much money really..

They make a loud buzzing sound, go on for hours and irritate the neighbours on sunny afternoons, when a bucket of water and sponge would do the job faster, quieter and use less water.

I would not have thought they were a good thing for washing down cars, water getting within seals, corrosion etc.

Tesco seem to have a rolling discount on Kaercher pressure washers. Just bought one for £100 including various attachments. Seems pretty good so far. The hoselock one looked a bit unsubstantial and I'm always wary of specially "branded" items like this.

does this mean you dont use pressure washers at all on your cars?!

well got an extra 10% discount off so ended up being under £50 and seems to work a treat to clear the concrete down and blast the mud of the forester after a day shooting
