Thinking of getting a cleaner in, had a look on a few websites but no prices...

Would need 3 rooms &hallway vaccumed, and the kitchen cleaned... Bit of dusting.

Any ideas?

I don't know about the large companies, but someone that I know charges £10 per hour.

The company that does ours do 2 hours every fortnight. The staff are all CRB checked and rotated frequently.
They charge about £30 for the 2 hours although they actually send 2 people for one hour. They always do a great job and use their own stuff never using anything from us. Which can be a PITA as there are never any cleaner products indoors when I look for something.

Depends where you are....but just a cash in hand to a friend type job is a minimum of £8 an hour.
Most charge £10 an hour.

I pay £10 hour. My cleaner is extremely good - doesn't just 'dust down the obvious bits'
Only works by recommendation. Central London if anyone is looking for a trustworthy cleaner that actually cleans properly, irons, changes the bed etc. Its like coming home to a 5 star hotel room when she's been yes

No. But bizarrely enough, I know someone who does! He lives in a village about 5 miles from Banbury. Sorry, is it you or someone you know?

I get £35 for 4 hrs work (but manage to do most of it in 3hrs) So just over £11 per hour.

But I do clean up cat st, spunky socks and other rather nasty stuff
