alternative ways to hang a picture
Discussion
Right, I won a photo comp some time ago and the prize was a rather large laminated print of the submission
I want it on the wall in the office, but the only problem is that it's gonna cost too much (at the moment) for a frame of that size...of course I could pin it, but dont want big ugly pins rammed through it
So I'm looking for alternatives on how to hang this blasted thing

Not really ideal as it's an unframed laminated printIkea do sell quite large 'glass' fronted frames for relatively little money. Wood surround, 'glass' front, cardboard backing and some springy metal bits to hold it all together (just). They are pretty basic, but better than Blu-Tack - put the picture in that and use those pub-style (screw to back of frame, rawlplug, screw to wall) hangers.
Should keep your picture safe while it's there and not cost the earth.

Poster hangers (plastic slides top & bottom), few quid each at the most, pretty ribbon through the top to hang?

Mirror plates.
www.eframe.co.uk do some pretty cheap frames as well.
