Try the sheds.
My brother paid £199 including taps and wastes on a sale weekend.
UK sanitaryware, too.

I did my upstairs bathroom using Victoria Plumb, a couple of years ago and it was a good price and has proven to be durable, plus they were able to supply spare parts when a visitor managed to damage the shower door roller (god knows how smile ).

I did the downstairs showeroom with Bathstore stuff, which has not been such a good move: Soft close toliet seat that lasted only a couple of months when the hinge part brokeup and I ended up replacing the entire flushing mechanism in the concealled cistern with parts from B&Q. Very unhelpful with parts and not that cheap either when I last looked at an advert of theirs.

My stuff has been coming from Grahams mainly. Mostly out of supplier catalogues though, so you need a decent sales guy to help you find what they sell, if you see what i mean !

You can negotiate 30% + discount of their published prices pretty easily, and sometimes they have some weirdly cheap deals. I got a class A rated built in Zanussi dishwasher last year for £138 delivered, incl VAT ! Sales guy was shocked at how cheap it was, ordered it on their system and said, it will be cancelled as it must be wrong, but it wasnt! My mate bought two, one for him, and one for his mum.

I've got stuff online from Boundary, Big Bathrooms and Victoria Plumb over the last few years too. All been decent prices and faultless service too.

Their prices are pretty good, but watch some items' lead times. Most are 21 days, so if in a rush it may be no good. Same for B and Q and Homebase for their catalogue stuff. Most trade places will be 7 days max.
