Free solar panels. Does anyone know anything about this in the yorkshire/derbshire area?

there is a big thread on money saving expert about them.

from what i gather they install the solar panels on your roof and claim the grant money from the goverment. you are free to use the electricity or heat generated but the panels remain their property.
