Hi, about to move out of a rented property, we had a break in here in July last year, at the time the front door was damaged and all keys stolen.

at the time the agents asked me to progress via my insurers but said they would place a claim on the owners building insurance if mine wouldnt pay.

mine paid out for the cost of locks as the keys were stolen.

the inner door was damaged, it's a wooden door with 15 plastic panels. one of the panels was cracked.. who's responsibility is it to repair, should i replace it before i move out?

Thanks in advance

The landlord or his insurers, and incidentally the replacement lock and any new cut keys. Your insurers should only be dealing with a claim for any of your personal possessions either damaged or stolen.
