Probably Stain Block. Designed to do as it says on the tin. If the area is dry then there really is no need to use a damp sealer. But is a good idea to use the Stain Block as it will stop any stains from coming through the reapplied paint. Mind, if you have some damp-preventive-paint already, then this should also prevent stains from coming through too. robinhood21 said:
