How much to build an underground garage? (dreaming post!)
Discussion
Having a bit of a 'what if we won the lottery' conversation it has been decided that I can have an underground garage.
So assuming capacity for 10 cars and a little workshop would it be at all feasible to build it for an 'affordable' amount?
My thinking is a normal looking house with double garage attached but rather than it being a proper garage is actually the down ramp.
It would certainly suit the Zonda to drive into an underground lair

you need plenty of room for a nice gentle down ramp.....
Not because the Zonda might rub its nose, but because the effing bureaucrats demand a maximum gradient
for wheelchair access, and loads of room inside the house for the wheelchair access to the garage inside. For these reasons, a buddy of mine wasn't allowed to build an undergrond garage on his self build.

You're kidding? Not because the Zonda might rub its nose, but because the effing bureaucrats demand a maximum gradient
for wheelchair access, and loads of room inside the house for the wheelchair access to the garage inside. For these reasons, a buddy of mine wasn't allowed to build an undergrond garage on his self build.

If that is the case I will have to ensure my wheelchair is suitably V12 powered
